HON. EDITH Mujomba, elder sister to Kawempe Deputy Resident City Commissioner (DRCC) Rotarian Kagenyi Lukka, has gone to be with the Lord!
According Mr. Kagenyi, “I have lost my elder sister Ms. Mujomba Edith. She is the very person who raised me after the death of our dear mother. The late Edith has succumbed to high blood pressure at Mulago National referral hospital following a stroke that hit her on Tuesday, night.”

Rotarian Kagenyi Lukka has revealed that, “As a family, we are so saddened by the death of our elder sister. When our mother left us at a young age, sistet Edith took care for us. She acted as our mother. In fact, we normally refered to her as, ‘Mama Edith’.
BURIAL ARRANGEMENT OUT
The body will, today leave Uganda Funeral Service at 2pm for a church service at St. Peter’s Church Kireka, Kamuli, then after at 6pm, the body will be taken to her Residence at Kireka for a night Vigil.
Tommorrow Morning, the body will be taken to St. Thomas Kiwuunya church of uganda at Nakulabye for speeches and eulogies from 9 am up to 3pm and thereafter, the body will be taken to the village in Nakaloke Mbale city for burial on Saturday.
A graduate of Education from Makerere University, Edith Mujomba held a Diploma in Counselling and worked with Aids Information Centre for over 25 years.
